Eating Vegetables Makes Your Skin More Attractive

I recently made the very conscious decision to start eating less meat and a lot more veggies. Yes my diet changes roughly every 3 months, but that’s just how I am. Right not it’s no bread and as much organics as I can. I still eat some meat but it’s almost exclusively fish and chicken/turkey.

According to Gizmodo I might be onto something good.
